Electronic Records & Signatures Disclosure
Last updated: August 2026
MGNY Consulting Group ("we", "us") uses MGNY Sign to let you review and sign documents electronically. Under the federal ESIGN Act and New York's Electronic Signatures and Records Act (ESRA), electronic signatures made this way are legally binding, the same as ink on paper.
Your consent
By checking the consent box and signing, you agree to receive and sign this document electronically, and you intend your electronic signature to be the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature.
Paper copies
After signing, a digitally sealed PDF copy is emailed to you at no charge. You may request a paper copy at any time by calling 212-343-1111 or writing to us via mgnyconsulting.com. There is no fee for paper copies.
Withdrawing consent
You may decline to sign electronically and sign on paper instead. To do so, simply do not complete the electronic signing and contact us at 212-343-1111 to arrange paper signing. Withdrawing electronic consent does not affect documents you already signed.
What you need
A current web browser on a computer or phone, an email address, and the ability to view PDF files. If you can read this page, your device qualifies.
How your signed document is protected
When you sign, the document is stamped with your signature, a certificate of completion is appended, and the file is digitally sealed with a PAdES digital signature and an independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp. Any change to the document after sealing is cryptographically detectable. We retain a tamper-evident audit log of the signing events.
